Join Shae for a high-energy, rhythm-based strength class that blends mobility, resistance training, and interval work.

Each class is built around music, movement, and smart programming, helping you build strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence over time. Expect a mix of dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning intervals designed to challenge your whole body while keeping the workout focused and fun.

Built with progressive overload in mind, Strength + Sweat gives you space to grow. Options are offered throughout class so you can choose the level that meets you where you are, whether you’re building your foundation or ready to turn up the intensity.

Expect expert coaching, high-energy music, plenty of sweat, and a supportive atmosphere that helps you feel strong, capable, and powerful.

Doors open 15 minutes before class. Come early for tea, community, and time to settle.
