Move with breath. Anchor in presence. Flow into yourself.
Rooted in the fluid poetry of Vinyasa, this class is a living meditation - an elegant dance between breath and body.
We begin by softly arriving with grounding breathwork, then flow through standing shapes, balancing postures, and reclined asanas. A gentle peak pose may be threaded in toward the end, inviting you to explore your edge with curiosity, not pressure.
We close with restorative shapes and meditation, inviting deeply grounded rest.
Come early (doors open at 5:15 PM) to sip a cup of my homemade organic tea and ease into the space.
Aromatherapy will be offered during Savasana to seal your practice with softness.
Move gently. Breathe deeply. Return to yourself.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and come home to your body. A gentle blend of Vinyasa and Hatha traditions, Slow Flow invites you into a meditative rhythm - where movement becomes a prayer, and breath becomes the thread that weaves it all together.
We begin with breathwork to anchor the mind and awaken presence. From there, we move with intention - through slow, fluid sequences and joint mobility work that tend to the body with care. You’ll have time to feel, to breathe, and to simply be.
Class closes with calming asanas and a soothing meditation to help your nervous system rest and reset.
This practice is perfect for beginners, deep feelers, or anyone craving a quieter kind of strength - one rooted in softness, awareness, and connection.
Arrive early (doors open at 9:45 AM) and settle in with a cup of my homemade organic tea.
Savasana is infused with aromatherapy to help you fully melt into rest.
Stillness. Surrender. Sound that speaks to the soul.
Join me Friday evenings for a deeply restorative ritual - a fusion of yin yoga and ancient sound healing that invites your body to rest, your mind to soften, and your spirit to remember its rhythm.
We begin by arriving. With homemade herbal tea in hand and soft aromatherapy in the air, we settle into the space - into ourselves. Gentle breathwork opens the doorway to the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding you out of the noise of the day and into the quiet of your inner world.
From there, we move slowly - through a sequence of yin and restorative postures held close to the earth. Shapes are supported, long-held, and deeply nourishing. Most are done seated or lying down, creating a safe cocoon for reflection and release.
As your body opens, the sound begins to flow. You'll be immersed in the resonant tones of my Paiste gong, crystal quartz and Himalayan singing bowls, Zaphir chimes, and voice - each one designed to calm the nervous system, balance the subtle energy body, and stir something ancient within.
Rooted in traditions that span Egypt, India, Greece, and beyond, sound healing has long been used to restore harmony - within organs, emotions, and brainwaves alike. In this space, it becomes your ally in surrender.
Doors open at 5:15 PM. Come early for tea, community, and to ease into the frequency of stillness.
This is more than a class- it’s a ceremony. A soft space to land. A gentle way to begin again.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have had recent surgery, please let me know before class. People who have sound-induced epilepsy should avoid all forms of sound healing.
Build heat. Cultivate strength. Move with intention.
Join me for a multidimensional movement experience that blends the grounding wisdom of yoga with the fire of strength training. This is where mindful breath meets muscular challenge - where you’ll flow, sculpt, and sweat with purpose.
Each class has a focus - glutes, core, shoulders, or hips - designed to target specific areas while supporting overall balance and mobility.
We begin with breathwork and Vinyasa-inspired sequences to warm the body and awaken the joints, then build into conditioning circuits using booty bands, light weights, and core sliders. Expect creative, powerful movement that will leave you feeling strong and empowered - never depleted.
We’ll close with grounding asanas and a long, nourishing Savasana to help you fully absorb the benefits of your effort.
Come early for a cup of homemade herbal tea and time to settle in.
Aromatherapy compresses offered during Savasana for deep release.
Expect to move with fire, breathe with focus, and leave feeling strong, clear, and reconnected.
A candlelit evening of acupuncture, yoga, sound & ritual at Sanctuary
Samhain (pronounced Sow-win) is the ancient Gaelic festival marking the end of harvest and the turning of the wheel into winter.
Celebrated from sunset on October 31 to sunset on November 1, it is the midpoint between the Autumn Equinox and the Winter Solstice, a threshold moment when the veil between worlds is believed to be at its thinnest.
It is a sacred time to honour the cycle of life, death, and rebirth, to release what is ready to return to the earth, and to root more deeply into intuition, rest, and ancestral wisdom.
This evening at Sanctuary will be an invitation into stillness, remembrance, and renewal.
