Stillness. Surrender. Sound that softens the body.

Join me Friday evenings for a deeply restful practice that blends yin yoga, restorative postures, breathwork, and therapeutic sound.

We begin by arriving slowly. With homemade herbal tea in hand and soft aromatherapy in the air, you’ll have time to settle into the space and let the day begin to soften.

Gentle breathwork helps quiet the mind and support the parasympathetic nervous system ~ the part of the body connected to rest, digestion, repair, and recovery.

From there, we move slowly through a sequence of yin and restorative shapes held close to the earth. Most postures are done seated or lying down, with plenty of props and support so your body can feel held.

As the body settles, sound is woven through the practice. You’ll be immersed in the tones of gong, crystal quartz bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and voice ~ creating a soothing soundscape to help your nervous system rest and your mind quiet.

This class is for anyone craving deep rest, emotional exhale, and a softer way to end the week.

Doors open at 5:10 PM. Come early for tea, community, and time to settle.
