Under the light of the Full Worm Moon, we enter a season of subtle awakening.
As the earth softens and worms return, the soil becomes fertile once more, not because anything is forced, but because it has been patiently tended. This Vinyasa practice mirrors that same wisdom.
We’ll move with intention through a steady, nourishing flow designed to build warmth, circulation, and quiet strength. Rather than pushing toward peak expression, this class invites you to listen to what your body needs, conserve your energy, and tend the ground within.
Throughout the practice, you’ll be invited to reflect on the question:
What nourishes me now, so I can bloom later?
Come early (doors open at 5:15 PM) to sip a cup of my homemade organic tea and ease into the space.
Aromatherapy will be offered during the sound bath Savasana to seal your practice with softness.
