Form + Function is all about helping you move better, feel stronger, and understand your body with more confidence.

Each class focuses on a specific area of the body or movement pattern, such as hips, shoulders, core, posture, balance, or stability, and breaks it down in a clear, supportive way. You’ll explore strength, alignment, mobility, and control through purposeful movement that challenges both body and mind.

Expect expert cueing, thoughtful progressions, and education woven into every class. Questions are encouraged, curiosity is welcome, and every movement is an opportunity to learn more about how your body works.

This class is for all levels and is especially helpful for anyone wanting to refine their form, build strength safely, improve movement quality, or feel more capable in everyday life.

Rooted in longevity, Form + Function supports the way you move beyond the studio, from lifting, walking, and balancing to carrying groceries, climbing stairs, and staying strong through life’s seasons.

Doors open at 5:15 PM. Come early for tea, community, and time to settle.
