We’re so excited to gather with Oceanside Slow Run Club for Slow Run, Deep Rest on Saturday, February 28 | 2:00 – 4:00 PM ✨
This workshop is an open door — for runners, almost-runners, and anyone gently curious about what it might feel like to move through the world at an unhurried pace. No pressure. No performance. Just presence.
Hosted by the wonderful Holly Gagnon of Oceanside Slow Run Club and Sanctuary, this experience is an invitation to prepare the body with care, move with intention, and gather practical, supportive tools to help you feel more confident, comfortable, and connected — before, during, and after the run.
• A grounding pranayama practice to steady the nervous system and gently bring the mind home to the body
• A slow, mobility-focused flow to warm the joints, soften stiffness, and invite ease before movement
• A guided slow run with Holly, emphasizing slowness, presence, and listening rather than pace or distance
• A deeply nourishing Yin + Restorative practice paired with sound healing to support recovery, regulation, and integration
• A special runner’s tea to take home — a small ritual to continue supporting rest and recovery beyond the studio
TIME: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
INVESTMENT: $40+tax
We would love to share this gentle afternoon with you!
PLEASE NOTE: If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have had recent surgery, please let Mel know before class. People who have sound-induced epilepsy should avoid all forms of sound healing.
Payments are non-refundable within fourteen days of the event. If you're unable to attend within that time frame, you can gift your space to a friend.
