Move with breath. Anchor in presence. Flow into yourself.
Under the quiet glow of the Full Snow Moon, we gather for a special 90-minute class where we'll move slowly, intentionally, and with care. This Vinyasa practice is a living meditation, a conversation between breath and body, effort and ease.
We begin by arriving softly. Grounding breathwork invites you out of the noise of the day and into the steady rhythm beneath it all. From there, we flow through standing shapes, balancing postures, and reclined asanas, each transition a chance to listen more closely, to feel rather than force.
A gentle peak pose may be woven in toward the end, offering a moment to meet your edge with curiosity, not pressure. No striving. No performance. Just an invitation to notice what’s present and respond with kindness.
We close by turning inward, restorative shapes, quiet meditation, and a soothing sound bath.
Come early (doors open at 5:15 PM) to sip a cup of my homemade organic tea and ease into the space.
Aromatherapy will be offered during Savasana to seal your practice with softness.
