
Join us for a special extended Slow Flow designed to help you soften, unwind, and reconnect.
We’ll move through a gentle, heart-opening practice, linking breath with slow, intentional movement to create space through the chest, shoulders, and upper body. The pace will be unhurried, allowing you to fully arrive in your body and settle your nervous system.
The final portion of class will transition into a restful Savasana, accompanied by a soothing sound bath to support deep relaxation and integration.
This class is not just for mothers.
Mother’s Day can bring up a wide range of emotions for those who are mothers, those who long to be, those navigating loss, or those with complicated relationships. Wherever you find yourself, you are welcome here.
Each participant will receive a small aromatherapy spray as a gift, a simple reminder to carry a moment of calm with you beyond the mat.
