Build heat. Cultivate strength. Move with intention.

This is strength training through the lens of yoga ~ functional, focused, and a little spicy!

Each class has a specific focus, such as glutes, core, shoulders, hips, posture, balance, or mobility. We use that focus to build strength for real-life movement, not just the shapes we make on the mat.

We begin with breathwork and Vinyasa-inspired movement to warm the body and prepare the joints. From there, the energy builds with creative strength-and-conditioning circuits that use dumbbells, booty bands, core sliders, ankle weights, and bodyweight exercises.

Expect to sweat, shake, laugh a little, and feel challenged in a way that still feels intentional, supportive, and connected to your body.

This class builds heat, confidence, coordination, and resilience while staying rooted in breath, awareness, and choice.

We close with passive cool-down postures and Savasana, with a cold aromatherapy compress offered to help your body settle after the work!

Come early for homemade organic tea and time to settle in.

Doors open 15 minutes before class.
